XO Management purchased a condo in the complex where I used to live. They did a lovely job fixing it up and the workers who were there were always polite and considerate! I had a chance to meet the owner and she seemed to take a personal interest in the condo community.

When my the condo I was living in was put up for sale, I remembered what a lovely job XO had done with the unit next door. I looked at their website, contacted them and rented a beautiful condo in a lovely neighborhood. They knew I was reticent about moving into a lower level unit and offered me a concession if I didn't like it. Well, it's been over a month and I couldn't be happier!

The thing I like about XO is that they take a personal interest in all of their tenants and are attentive, but they don't hover over you. They aren't "slum lords" doing the minimum to keep a unit going. No, they treat each unit as if they were living in it and treat their tenants as if it were themselves.

I was looking for a new place to rent that was different. I am a big fan of the architecture of older condominium complexes around the Valley but yet I also liked industrial modern designs for the interior living space. And of course, location is extremely important. When I came across the XO Management website it seemed they had the same idea in what I was looking for in a new place to live. With all the units that they manage, the only one they had available and it was still in the beginning stages of being remodeled.
I was looking for a new place to rent that was different. After touring it, I was able to see their vision and they were receptive to suggestions from me to make it even better. Needless to say, I signed a lease contract right away. Not only did they implement most of my suggestions into the design, but they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the final product. I am very proud of my new condo and take pride in showing it off to as many people as possible. After I moved in and got settled I invited the XO Staff to an open house to show off how adding my own style made it even better…It is not just a rental to me, it is my home.

I feel incredibly grateful to have come across XO Management. What we didn't realize before renting, is how we would become part of the XO family! Through our entire process, from beginning to end, they were professional, prompt, organized, friendly and kind. We had rented one of their 1-bedroom apartments, and shortly after we had to move out. XO helped us find a new place that suited us better; they were incredibly accommodating, generous, and available through the whole process of transitioning to a new location. We opted for one of their studios, that we fell in love with. Both of their properties were absolutely beautiful, with all the upgrades. If there was something that needed to be tended to, or fixed, they were on top of it. When we had a plumbing issue, they helped us. There was not one thing that they weren't there for!

We cannot be happier with stumbling across XO Management. They are by far the best management company we have ever rented from! Best "landlords" we've ever had :) And they made us feel like we were part of the family, which neither one of us had ever experienced from a management company before!

I've loved living here so much! The apartment is gorgeous and my sanctuary. And you and Rhonda have been amazingly hospitable. I can't imagine ever having better landlords! I will definitely be sad to go. I'm sure you will have no trouble finding another amazing tenant though :)

I rented a condo with XO Management for a little over 2 years. From the very beginning, you can tell that XO is a different kind of company. Rhonda, Kenzi and the entire staff are warm and welcoming, courteous, understanding and professional. They make you feel like you are a part of their family. It has been a great and positive experience. I would recommend XO to my closest family and friends. If you want a hassle free, down to earth company where you feel comfortable and secure, go with XO Management! You will not be disappointed.
